The Port of Sohar is the second port to launch Routescanner’s Direct Connections solution. Direct Connections provides a complete overview of all direct intermodal routes to and from Sohar. Not only will the application show each individual connection, it also provides detailed information on transit times, frequencies and service codes. This solution allows shippers and freight forwarders to evaluate the smartest options to ship containers via Port of Sohar according to their requirements.

This means that users no longer have to go from website to website to find out which departures are available but have all the information in a single overview and can contact the operator concerned at the click of a button.

Thanks to Routescanner’s strong foundation of data, the solution can be easily customized for ports. In addition, the integration process is seamless.
